These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contractual arrangement between the end-user (hereinafter referred to as the “Pilot”) and Aviamasters (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform” or “Company”). By accessing the digital infrastructure of Aviamasters, initiating the account registration process, or participating in any wagering maneuvers, the Pilot irrevocably acknowledges that they have reviewed, understood, and consented to be bound by the exhaustive mandates contained herein. In the hyper-accelerated iGaming landscape of 2026, where the “Aviamasters” signature multiplier engine defines the frontier of real-money entertainment, legal clarity is our primary flight instrument. This Agreement governs all interactions, including but not limited to, financial transactions, software utilization, social conduct within the live telemetry chat, and bonus acquisition. Any individual who does not unequivocally consent to these stipulations is strictly prohibited from entering the airspace and must terminate all usage of the Platform immediately.

2. Pilot eligibility & onboarding standards

8. Withdrawal protocols & kyc verification

10. Intellectual property & software sovereignty

12. Dispute resolution & final verdict

In the event of a disagreement regarding a flight outcome or account status, the Pilot agrees to first engage with the **Aviamasters Ground Support** team. If a resolution is not achieved, the dispute will be escalated to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body.

12.1 Finality of Records: In any technical dispute, the data logs stored on our encrypted server clusters remain the sole and final authority. Any client-side screenshots or third-party recording software are considered “Supplementary Telemetry” and do not override the SHA-256 server record.
